About Me

I’m Tsui-Mou (pronounced Tsway-Mo, rhymes with Waymo),
but my friends call me Mo for short!

Product Designer with background in HCI and business. I’ve designed B2C solutions that empower people to achieve more, spanning fintech, AI agents, design systems, and retail service design.

I have empowered...

  • Professionals with ADHD to stay productive and reduced cognitive overload.

  • Parents and children 🧑‍🧑‍🧒 to make bilingual language learning effortless through AI story creation with their own toys 🧸.

  • Stock investors📈 by designing fintech products for stock investing and seamless account openings.

  • Product Design & Engineering teams👩🏻‍💻 by developing design systems that boost efficiency.

For leadership...

I founded and led the Leadership Lecture Series, hosting guest speakers from Amazon, Microsoft, TikTok, and more to engage 50+ graduate students and strengthen industry connections and learning.

As a person...

I’m always curious about how technology can benefit people. This curiosity led me to explore AI agents that support individuals with ADHD and investigate the balance between AI autonomy and human oversight in marketers’ workflows.

That same curiosity makes me an empathetic listener—to people, and sometimes to birds 🦜.

Outside of design...

I find joy in training and volunteering at dog shelters🦮, sketching, capturing moments through photography (and sometimes getting kicked by Muay Thai trainers 🥊). These activities not only enrich my life but also feed into my creativity and perspective as a designer.

Long story short, I transitioned from the business field to design because I saw the profound impact that design has on shaping perceptions and behaviors. I was eager to be part of an industry where I could actively contribute to creating meaningful change and have a hands-on role in shaping the future.
